B2B Software Sales & Business Development Specialist

Roweb is looking for a full-time B2B Software Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. This role will be based within the Sales & Marketing team and report to the Management and offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries from hospitality to fintech and real estate so you can make a significant impact on their operations. We have ambitious growth plans for this year and we want you to help us drive them forward!

Responsibilitiess:

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the Company's Sales Plan
  • Create and manage lead generation funnels according to business priorities, capacity, and demand, driving initial outreach (social, email, phone), and converting prospects into qualified leads via personalized, relevant, and value-added approaches
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of working with our software development teams
  • Prepare winning responses to tenders and make personalized offers to respond to the customer needs
  • Gathering business intelligence on each qualified lead including but not limited to budget, timelines, potential competitors, purchasing agreements
  • Develop and champion the use of our CRM (Pipedrive) on a daily basis to expand the suite of reports and metrics reported
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and positioning
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to support the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, should have a minimum 5 years' experience in Software Sales and at least 2 years Software Outsourcing Sales experience
  • High energy self-starter hungry to learn, succeed, and ultimately smash targets
  • Experience prospecting to Director level and above decision makers
  • Strong company research skills utilizing the Internet and available sales tools (LinkedIn, Lemlist, ZoomInfo etc)
  • Extensive experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot etc)
  • Impeccable presentation skills are essential, people skills with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
  • Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet targets and follow the collective strategies
  • Well organized and excellent self-management skills
  • Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish, with demonstrated ability to generate results
