Our team has grown to 70 experts and we’re expanding outside of Pitesti by opening a new office in Craiova. A strong resource pool and University center, Craiova is close to Pitesti and a familiar area to our CEO, Viorel Costea, who graduated in Computer Science at the University of Craiova.
We currently have a team of 5 developers working from our new office and, by the end of the year, we plan on hiring up to 5 more. Overall, we plan to reach a total of 80 team members working from our 4 offices in the next few months. Our colleagues in Craiova will collaborate closely with their peers in Pitesti and focus on PHP, Node.JS, Android and .NET, so we expect a rapid growth for the new office.
“We would like to establish a partnership with the University of Craiova that would enable us to recruit young talents among the students”, Viorel told us. “Additionally, we will also hire junior and senior developers, to cater to the needs of an increasing number of clients, out of which 90% are from abroad.”
Our colleagues in the new office are very experienced programmers, excited to work on innovative projects. They love the fact that working at Roweb challenges them to constantly develop their knowledge and skills, and not settle within their comfort zone, while allowing them flexibility and room to grow.
