We have become even better at what we do, we have expanded our services and created new partnerships
- through the Cloud certifications that many of our colleagues have already taken;
- through the extensive expertise we acquired by taking over projects on new technologies (Python & Node.JS);
- through the integration of the Hold Marketing agency (which offers Pay-Per-Click, Digital PR, digital marketing strategy and consultancy) into the Roweb group which was completed at the end of 2022. 8 months after entering the Roweb group, the marketing agency registered an increase in turnover by 140% compared to the same period of 2022, doubling the number of employees.
Moreover, we’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of dedicated Data Analytics services, further solidifying our position as innovators in the tech industry.
Extended HQ with new offices and relaxation spaces
As we promised at the beginning of the year, we have finished setting up the new premises from HQ Roweb: socializing and relaxation areas, open terrace and 20 new offices.
International recognition and visibility
Our participation in important international events like MWC Barcelona 2023 and GITEX Dubai 2023 has elevated the visibility of the Roweb brand globally. It’s a proof of our commitment to innovation and shaping the future of technology.

- Our extended PR campaign, especially concerning the acquisition of 50% of Hold Marketing, garnered significant media exposure.
- Collaborations with partners like BRCC and engagement on social media platforms resulted in increased visibility, with hundreds of shares and mentions.
Team Building & celebrating achievements
Proud of our professional accomplishments, we also nurtured our team spirit through a seaside team-building event in Mamaia. We also celebrated birthdays, national holidays, and special moments together, fostering a sense of unity.
Reflecting on how we began & both personal and professional growth

Preparing the next generation of programmers
Our commitment to education continued through internship programs in Pitesti and Craiova, as well as open-door events for high school students. We aim to inspire and guide the future generation of IT professionals.
