From numbers to pictures, these are the facts that shaped our 2018 in astonishing ways.
- Our QA department ensures quality throughout the whole product development cycle. This year our department grew to 6 experts who support all of the other departments involved in creating and developing products.
- Our team has grown by 30% and we currently have more than 120 colleagues in all our offices (Bucharest, Pitesti, Craiova). It’s a known fact that Romania is a great staff augmentation services destination. You can see some of the reasons here.
- More than 30% of the revenue obtained in 2018 comes from projects signed with new clients. Our dedicated teams have increased and we also created new teams for clients from various industries, such as Financial & Taxes, Recruiting, Online Marketing, E-commerce. - Our clients’ trust is still one of our main concerns and the customer satisfaction rate reported in 2018 was a significant percentage of 97%. Our long-term partnerships spanning over 10 years stand as proof.
- In order to stay ahead of the curve, it’s essential to stay up to date with the latest trends so we increased our presence at trade fairs and exhibitions where we enjoyed connecting with like-minded people. CeBIT in Hannover, Web Summit in Lisbon, ICT 2018 in Vienna, Midsize Enterprise Summit in San Diego, MoneyConf in Dublin, MeetMagento in Cluj-Napoca and GPeC in Bucharest are just a few of the big events where we went to get inspired. This year’s agenda looks even more promising, stay close!
- We start 2019 with the participation at MWC Barcelona 2019, where we would be happy to meet you and discuss!
- Over 60 students applied for our annual Summer Internship, of which 16 were selected to become our colleagues. All of the interns showed great interest and motivation, as well as the ability to learn new concepts and work procedures at a very fast pace.
- Our tradition to participate in the yearly Regatta IT competition continued in 2018. The Romanian event is dedicated to technology companies, who share a passion for competition, strategy, adrenaline and team play. It’s also a great way to have fun, just like our annual team buildings!
- We participated in the Tech Edition of the Science Fair hosted by the “Dinicu Golescu” Arges County Library, in order to support the local STEM community.
- We attended a series of events addressed to high school students, as part of the “Europe Code Week” program, with the purpose of teaching them about design thinking, creating a prototype and web development in PHP.
- Among the events that we helped organize in partnership with the University of Pitesti were Programming for High School (PDHS 2018) – and a Web Applications Contest and Workshop for Students – (WAC & WS 2018).
- We also proudly announce that our colleagues and partners from Revomatico registered an exponential growth and that enabled them to extend their Java & IDM department. We wish them the best of luck!
