Last year we celebrated 10 years of Roweb existence, now another important milestone in our path has been reached making us proud to announce that we have continued our growth and got to a team of around 50 members. Our excellent brand reputation allowed us to expand our customers’ portfolio with new partnerships in the US and UK.
We renovated our old headquarters as we needed extra space to sustain our expanding plans and to provide our employees with a pleasant and friendly working environment.
Because we care, the company implemented a health care plan package which has been offered to all Roweb employees enabling them to benefit from free health tests and latest treatment systems for all kind of health disorders.
For a healthy body and mind we encourage our colleagues to undertake their sports activities as often as possible. Our sports activity includes cycling, jogging, football and fitness. Once a week we gather and try to give the best we can on the football pitch.
Roweb cycling team has already been “branded “and set in motion on our country roads. The team is very competitive and quite ambitious. We’ve got few kick-boxing fans among us, the number is getting higher with each “new pair of gloves bought”. Workouts have already begun, so I guess the season will be great!
Because most of the things are accomplished as a team we have released the steam together with an epic party on our yearly summer team building held in Bulgaria at Grand Hotel Varna resort, where our juniors integrated very well with their more experienced colleagues.
We continuously invest in new technologies and in team trainings, worth mentioning is that recently our company has renewed its partnership with Microsoft for Silver Application Development competency, which ensures us early access to product information and first class software solution development.
The Application Development competency enabled us to set apart as a trusted expert in application development whether our solutions are custom-developed or commercial, or that we build business apps, or create advanced web portals or intuitive user interfaces. We gained access to proper resources, tools, support and training to allow us help customers reach their objectives.
We will end this year with a great party which is to be accompanied by a small prize contest where the lucky winner will be awarded a Nexus 7 tablet. But because any group has its most popular figure, we will have a popularity award too that is a dinner for two. We celebrate 11 years of Roweb history, and we are going to have a lot of fun at our end of the year party by releasing the steam accumulated in the previous months.
